Key Resources

Due diligence

Before you purchase a home or vacant residential land, it’s important to be aware of various aspects that could potentially impact the property and your obligations as the buyer. This checklist is designed to help you access these factors. You may need to seek professional advice to address certain inquiries.

Vacating

To ensure a smooth transition, the Residential Tenancies Act requests that tenants provide a written notice of at least 28 days before vacating a property. Please note that the notice end date should align with the lease end date to avoid any breach and potential fees. If you would like to request tenants to move out, please email pm@propertyinitiatives.com.au

Please include your property manager and address in the subject line and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Whether you’re choosing to vacate or being asked too, know what’s required of both you and your property owner.

Maintenance

Taking care of your home includes regular maintenance. There are two types: general repairs and urgent repairs.

You can email your requests to pm@propertyinitiatives.com.au

Please include your property manager, address and issue in the subject line and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
