As PIREA O.I.E.C, Rick brings with him an extensive selling, auctioneering and management experience in both Residential & Commercial Sectors throughout the Metropolitan Melbourne and inner West. With 15 years experience, Rick’s passion for selling property and desire to go above and beyond ensures that he maintains a personal, hands on approach with all his clients.

With 15 years’ working within the Real Estate Industry with over 10 of those years dedicated to property management, her comprehensive foundation of knowledge coupled with her sharp attention to detail make her a high performing property professional.

As a strong communicator, Sariah prides herself in her communication skills and appreciates how important it is to listen to a client’s individual needs to deliver a premium level of service. She enjoys meeting new people from all walks of life and appreciates the importance of building lasting relationships.

With over three years’ experience working in the real estate industry, Shruti’s expertise spans sales, marketing, and business development. Thriving in result-driven positions, she is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, and brings leadership, time management, and organisational skills to her role.

Karen Price

Accounts Manager

Karen runs her own bookkeeping and financial consulting business working with a number of not for profit and social enterprise organisations.
Karen is committed to assisting not-for-profit and social enterprise organisations achieve efficient and effective financial reporting and governance. Karen has been with Property Initiatives Real Estate since February 2017 and is involved with a number of other not for profit organisations in many different areas from smaller private foundations through to larger charitable organisations.

Karen was involved with Women’s Property Initiatives (when it was previously Victorian Women’s Housing Association) as Treasurer for the organisation.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting Major) from Monash University and a Masters in Applied Finance with the ASX.

Jeanette Large

CEO & Company Director
Property Initiatives/Women’s Property Initiatives

Jeanette is CEO and Company Director and oversees the governance requirements of Property Initiatives Real Estate. Jeanette is also CEO and Company Director of Women’s Property Initiatives, Property Initiatives Real Estate’s partner organisation. Jeanette is a licensed estate agent with 25 years’ experience in the housing and development sectors.

Angela Maglieri

Chair

Angela is a strategic marketing, communications and business development executive and board director experienced in strategy development and implementation in professional services (legal, property and recruitment), government (economic development) and industry associations (property and management) in Australia and the Middle East.

She is currently a Director with Seldon Rosser, a leading Executive Search Agency recruiting business development, marketing, communications and pursuit talent for professional service firms across APAC and the Middle East.

Purpose and impact are very important to Angela. In addition to her role as Chair of Property Initiatives Real Estate, Angela is also an Ambassador for Catherine House, a South Australian charity supporting women experiencing homelessness.

John Castran

Director

John is a real estate agent, registered specialist valuer and auctioneer with over 35 years’ experience in the industry. He has served as a tribunal member with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), and on the board of Epworth Hospital and the Alpine Shire Development Committee.

Carmel McCormack

Director

Carmel is the Planning Institute of Australia’s Executive Officer for Victoria and Tasmania. Carmel’s role is both externally and internally focused, and includes member services and programs, publications, policy, advocacy, professional development, communications, marketing, sponsorship, finance, administration and business development. Delivery of these activities is through collaboration and coordination with Committees, contractors, members and industry stakeholders. Carmel previously worked as a General Manager at AIA and AILA. She is also Vice Chair of the Women’s Property Initiatives’ Board.

Narelle Glynn

Director

As Treasurer on the Board of PIREA, Narelle brings almost two decades experience in global finance and professional services roles and a background in property investment, management, development and design portfolio as a licenced real estate agent. Narelle currently works in consulting across strategy, culturally-responsive co-design and stakeholder engagement on large scale public and private developments. Narelle is passionate about housing equity and the work that PIRE does to deliver excellence in real estate services in support of providing women and families at risk of homelessness with secure housing through the work of WPI. Narelle is also a member of WPI’s Strategic Planning and Business Development Committee.
